The Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the Settlement in this action on May 21, 2026. A copy of the Court's reasons for approving the Settlement can be downloaded from the Documents tab of this website.

 

The claims process has not yet started. The parties are working with the Administrator to prepare to launch the claims process. Claim forms and more information about how to submit a Claim will be available once the claims process starts.

 

If you wish to make a Claim, you are not required to do anything right now. Check this website regularly to see if the launch date has been announced. You can also provide your email address to receive an email notification from the Administrator when the claims process begins.

 

If you have provided an email or mailing address to Class Counsel, you will receive notice from the Administrator when the claims period begins. If you previously provided your contact information to Class Counsel or the Administrator, but your contact information has changed, please email the Administrator at info@trainingschoolsclassaction.com or call the Administrator on 1-877-239-4879 to provide your updated contact details.

 

Once the claims period begins, you will have 15 months to submit your Claim.

 

Who is Class Counsel and how do I get more information?

 

The Court has appointed Koskie Minsky LLP from Toronto to represent you and other Class Members as “Class Counsel.” You will not be charged for the services of these lawyers. If you want to be represented by another lawyer, you may hire one at your own expense.
