Upcoming Dates

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the Settlement in this action on May 21, 2026. A copy of the Court's reasons for approving the Settlement can be downloaded from the Documents tab of this website. The claims process has not yet started. The parties are working with the Administrator to prepare to launch the claims process. Claim forms and more information about how to submit a Claim will be available once the claims process starts.
